Dr. Wiens joined Fogg, Maxwell, Lanier & Remington EyeCare in 2007.  Born and raised in Fresno, Dr. Wiens attended Fresno Pacific University prior to earning his Doctor of Optometry from Pacific University, College of Optometry in Oregon with distinction.  Following graduation from optometry school, Dr. Wiens pursued a residency at the Portland VA Hospital specializing in primary care/ocular disease.  Dr. Wiens has provided care to thousands of patients ranging from comprehensive eye care, diabetic eye exams and pre/post operative care of surgical patients.  Dr. Wiens enjoys activities such as hiking, photography, sports and spending time with his family.
