Dr. Christensen has been a part of the Fogg, Maxwell, Lanier & Remington EyeCare group since 1992.  Originally from Clovis, Dr. Christensen attended the California State University of Fresno prior to earning his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of California at Berkeley, School of Optometry.  During this time he has provided care to thousands of patients ranging from comprehensive eye care, diagnosis and treatment of external eye diseases along with pre/postoperative care of surgical patients.  Dr. Christensen received FDA Certification in December 2003 for the fitting of Paragon CRT lenses used for corneal refractive therapy.  Other areas of interest are the fitting of soft and rigid gas permeable contact lenses for both healthy eyes and eyes requiring specialty lenses for anomalies such as keratoconus, pellucid marginal degeneration and corneal irregularities due to corneal surgery.
