Dr. Donald Roy was the first ophthalmologist in Fresno to have completed a post-residency fellowship in retinal surgery. Dr. Arnold Roy was trained at the prestigious Wills’ Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. He is also a retired Rear Admiral, Medical Corps, United States Navy Reserve.
