Dr. Dill is as committed to his country as he is to his patients, serving as a Lieutenant Colonel in the California Air National Guard.  Graduating “with distinction”, he received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1983, and has been a member of the Fogg, Maxwell, Lanier & Remington EyeCare, Inc. team since 1986.  Many of his patients appreciate his fluency in Spanish permitting them to communicate their concerns directly with their doctor.  Dr. Dill combines his optometric and Spanish language skills participating in humanitarian missions to Central America.  In addition to his many professional and military achievements, he has written optometric software for the Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), which is currently in use in the U.S. and other parts of the world.
