A graduate of Southern California College of Optometry, Dr. Bowlin earned her Doctor of Optometry degree in 1987, and has worked with Fogg, Maxwell and Lanier EyeCare, Inc. since 1998.  She is a member of several professional associations, including the American Optometric Association and the Central California Optometry Society, and has served on the Board of Director s for the Valley Eye Network.  Dr. Bowlin is as committed to serving our community as she is to serving her patients at Fogg, Maxwell & Lanier EyeCare, Inc.
